This Privacy Policy describes how BomBomb ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application BomBomb (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google Sign-In.
• Usage data: Game scores, progress, and in-game inventory stored in Firebase Firestore and Realtime Database.
• Multiplayer data: Room settings, move history, and turn data while participating in multiplayer sessions (stored temporarily in Firebase Realtime Database).
• Clan data: Clan name, membership, and leaderboard scores.
• Device identifiers: On iOS, if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) may be used by our advertising partner.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the App and its features.
• To save your game progress and scores across devices.
• To enable multiplayer gameplay and clan features.
• To display advertisements via Google AdMob.
• To maintain leaderboards.
• To improve and optimize the App.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to show banner and rewarded video advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data to provide personalized ads. On iOS, we request your permission through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any tracking occurs. If you decline, non-personalized ads will be shown instead.

4. Firebase Services

We use Google Firebase for authentication (Firebase Auth), data storage (Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database), and server-side logic (Cloud Functions). Firebase may collect certain device and usage information. Please refer to Firebase Privacy and Security for details.

5. Google Sign-In

We use Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in with your Google account, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not have access to your Google account password. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below. Multiplayer room data is automatically deleted after a session ends.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Google / Firebase: For authentication, data storage, and cloud functions (as described above).
• Google AdMob: For advertising purposes, subject to your ATT consent on iOS.
• Legal obligations: If required by law or to protect our rights.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
